The Stanley 16oz (450g) claw hammer has a reinforced fibreglass handle with a contoured grip for better shock absorption. The bottom of the handle is flared out which is a clever design feature, as this reduces the potential of the hammer slipping out of the hand during a ‘swing’. The curved claws provide leverage when removing nails and will grip most types of nail. This Stanley hammer is also provided with a traditional hammer loop which can be mounted on a work belt.
This enables you to safely store the hammer when working at height or up a ladder.
